Star Events has reduced the number of booths to allow for spacing - 20’ aisles, 8’ sides and back walls.
The number of attendees will be controlled in the exhibition hall.
Star Events will be implementing Social Distancing. Exhibitors and attendees should maintain 6 feet of spacing between each other.
Hand Sanitizer Dispensers will be places at entrances and throughout the exhibition hall.
There will be enhanced cleaning and sanitation (High touch points, chairs, tables, door handles, railings, buttons, and podiums sanitized with CDC compliant products)
Face masks will be required for entrance and must be worn while inside the exhibition hall.
Body Temperature Screenings will be conducted.
AV and other shared equipment will be sanitized.
Star Events will train staff and volunteers to follow and enforce above safety measures.
