We will implement the latest CDC guidelines to keep you safe. Stay Tuned.

  • Star Events has reduced the number of booths to allow for spacing - 20’ aisles, 8’ sides and back walls.

  • The number of attendees will be controlled in the exhibition hall.

  • Star Events will be implementing Social Distancing. Exhibitors and attendees should maintain 6 feet of spacing between each other.

  • Hand Sanitizer Dispensers will be places at entrances and throughout the exhibition hall.

  • There will be enhanced cleaning and sanitation (High touch points, chairs, tables, door handles, railings, buttons, and podiums sanitized with CDC compliant products)

  • Face masks will be required for entrance and must be worn while inside the exhibition hall.

  • Body Temperature Screenings will be conducted.

  • AV and other shared equipment will be sanitized.

  • Star Events will train staff and volunteers to follow and enforce above safety measures.
